Transformative Works Statement

Important: if you see a work on A03 that mentions/uses one or more of my OCs and/or links to one of my multiverse fics as an "inspired by" that is not a translation, and the work in question is not authored by one of the following people I've given permission to, assume that I do not consent to it and it is not part of my multiverse's canon.

If you are a personal friend, AND YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE, you MAY make gift art for me involving my characters if you ask first [and if you have that kind of friendship with me you know how to get a hold of me]. I otherwise do not consent to borrowing my characters Anthony, Nicholas, Sören, or Maika, or any transformative works based on my fic, unless you are one of the following four people:

As far as an explanation of why, it's because sharing verses and OCs has led to too much drama in the past, so I'm mostly not into collaborating with new people and entangling my worldbuilding with others, anymore. Thanks for understanding.

I used to allow podfic and translations, but in April 2023 I decided "no" on podfic because my autistic sensory issues have been exacerbated by whatever long COVID did to my brain, so unfortunately I no longer consent to podfic, because I can't listen to it. As of December 2023 I have also decided against non-English translations as that leaves a window of opportunity for bad faith actors.

Additionally, unless I have explicitly stated on the work posted on Ao3 or dA that it is a gift for you specifically, OR it is a piece of art that you have bought from me via my exclusives on deviantART, you MAY NOT use my art as illustrations for your own fics, or as a book cover, etc, even if you give me credit. If I have sold one of my deviantART exclusives to you, feel free to do what you want with it in your personal or commercial projects, however I'd prefer it if you don't use it to promote any kind of bigoted hate speech against people of color, LGBT+, etc. Thanks.

Sharing Policy

• You MAY share LINKS to my work for rec purposes.
• Do not cross-post my work to any non-AO3 archival sites, including FF.net, Wattpad, etc. Additionally, I would prefer to not have my work posted on sites like Tumblr, Twitter, etc.
• Do not post my fanart, or art I have commissioned or received as gifts from other people, to other sites such as Tumblr unless you are the artist who made it. Additionally, I do not want the art on any Discord servers and you may not make NFTs with it.
