"And it is told also of Maglor that he could not bear the pain with which the Silmaril tormented him; and he cast it at last into the sea, and thereafter wandered ever upon the shore singing in pain and regret beside the waves."

I made this set of eight images in August 2024 - while it does not show his face, I was thinking of Maglor at the time; the wild skies are symbolic of all the cataclysms in his long and troubled life. This piece was used as one of Sören's paintings in chapter 5 of Don't Disturb This Groove, where he's showing his art portfolio to Maglor and says, "It's like I painted you before I knew you."
