Oropher's wife/Thranduil's mother is never named in canon. I went with Nostariel which is more of an epithet than an actual name [being nostar means "parent, ancestor"], as I have a headcanon she was a priestess or other powerful magic user and names have power so very few people were allowed to speak her actual name.
